Site Analysis

The site I am working on is located next to the Waterside Enterprise Zone which is linked to the current redevelopment of Northampton. In order to improve image of the town, attract national interest and provide a positive ground for businesses to flourish, a series of major regeneration projects have been undertaking. These include public places, educational and cultural centres, business and corporation facilities. One of the ongoing projects is The Northampton Waterside Campus that is located in the heart of the Enterprise Zone and within a mile of the Newspaper House site. As there are further projects are constantly being added to this programme I am proposing to make my youth project a part of it.
