Does Northampton need a youth centre with the programme I am proposing?

As a part of the research were identified the facilities around Northampton that provide social and entertainment services for local youth. The main focus for evaluation was their functions and accessibility. The research allowed to understand the needs for a modern leisure and entertainment venue that offers a range of services within one well organised, safe and welcoming environment.
