Neighbourhood context. Proposing new facilities it is really important to have a good understanding of what is happening next door and how the dynamic of the whole street can potentially be affected. The youth centre I am proposing to built in place of the disuse newspaper house will draw young people which will make the street more lively. The location within the cultural quarter plays an important role as it will help to promote the Northampton's cultural places (such as museums and theatres) amongst young population, making them more accessible.
