The diagrams demonstrate zoning of the floor area on the each level. The positions of the facilities were strategically planned according to the factors, such as the day light access, structural elements, functionality and operation of the spaces.

The main entrance is on the left side of the building. Once entered the reception desk is on the left and looking straight is a view on the dark exhibition space with the light installation. The central area of the basement floor can be reached by going through the exhibition space or through the reception desk. The central area as a vibrant heart of the building opens many options and possibilities for young people to express themselves. There is a retail unit, a skate park, break out spaces, a blackboard, performance space, information screens, bar and the access to the walkways-circulation paths that connect the floors.

On the ground floor there are dance, music and two recording studious.

First and second floor have similar programme but should be different in feel as to be designed for different age groups. First floor provides spaces for younger children mainly for studying and socialising and the second floor for older children and young professionals for studying and working.
