Site Analysis

Through the research I discovered that the site I am working on is situated within a derngate conservation area. Exploring the area I created this map that shows all listed buildings within the boundaries. As you can see the newspaper house is not highlighted on the map which means it is not listed and I have more freedom to experiment with the design strategies.
