Design Strategy

Preliminary stage

Following the structure analysis were made first sketches to illustrate design strategies I am considering to undertake. These include an intervention and an installation. The intervention involves removing some of the interior and parts of the exterior walls to create a new entrance and to open the facade by glazing it. It also includes removing the mezzanine floor, a part of the ground floor and a roof of the extension in the central area of the complex. An indoor skate park with the ramps, half pipes, bowls and rails will be installed in the extension at the back.
